To ensure a harmonious stay for all our guests (both human and furry), we kindly ask pet parents to adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Pre-Arrival Notification: Please inform us of your pet’s breed, weight, and age at least 24 hours before check-in.
2. Pet Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of THB 300 per pet, per night will be applied to your stay.
3. Weight Limit: We generally welcome small to medium-sized breeds up to 20 kg. (Please contact us in advance for approval of larger breeds).
4. Vaccination: All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations. Please present the vaccine record/book upon check-in.
5. In Public Areas: For the safety of all guests, pets must be kept on a leash, in a stroller, or in a carrier at all times when in public areas of the hotel.
6. Quiet Time: We want everyone to have a restful stay. Please ensure your pet does not disturb other guests with excessive barking.
7. Room Cleaning: For the safety of our staff, pets must be removed from the room or kept in a crate during housekeeping service.
8. Furniture Etiquette: Please use your own pet bed. Pets are not allowed on the hotel beds, sofas, or in the swimming pool area.
9. Accidents happen: Please notify our staff immediately if an “accident” occurs so we can provide professional cleaning. A cleaning fee may apply for any damage or deep cleaning required.
